Terms for using Azora.
These terms explain how Azora accounts, uploads, generated Pixart, subscriptions, credit packs, acceptable use, support, and consumer rights work.
Use Azora only with uploads you are allowed to provide, respect other people, and review generated content before sharing it.
Using Azora
Azora lets users upload photos, generate Pixart results, receive creative readings and traits, match results to collection cards, and save artifacts to a gallery. By using Azora, you agree to use the service lawfully and follow these terms.
Accounts and access
You may need an account to access saved galleries, monthly Pixarts, paid plans, credit packs, and account settings. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Subscriptions
Azora offers paid subscription plans, including Sword, that renew automatically until canceled. Subscription details, renewal cadence, included monthly Pixarts, price, taxes, and any important plan limits are shown before purchase. Your subscription access continues for the paid period unless these terms or applicable law allow otherwise.
Recurring billing and cancellation
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through Azora's Merchant of Record. You may cancel a subscription at any time through the available billing controls or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents future renewals, and access continues until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise required by law.
Credit packs
Credit packs add a stated number of Pixarts to an eligible account. Credits are used when Azora completes eligible AI generation activity. Credits are tied to the account that purchased or received them and may be subject to plan requirements, expiration rules, abuse controls, or other limits shown in the product.
Payments and Merchant of Record
Paid orders are processed by Azora's Merchant of Record or payment provider. The provider handles checkout, payment collection, applicable taxes, invoices, refunds, chargebacks, and certain buyer support obligations. Azora provides the product experience and product support.
Refunds
Refunds, cancellations, used credits, duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, technical failures, and consumer rights are explained in Azora's Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or the obligations of the Merchant of Record.
Permitted uploads
You may upload photos that you own or have permission to use. Do not upload illegal content, private images without consent, sexualized minors, graphic gore, hateful or abusive material, malware, rights-infringing content, or anything intended to harass, exploit, impersonate, or harm another person.
Generated AI content
Azora uses automated systems to transform uploads into creative Pixart, readings, traits, and collection results. Generated content may be unexpected or imperfect. You should review outputs before sharing them and avoid treating creative readings or traits as factual, professional, legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice.
Intellectual property
Azora, its branding, interface, systems, names, logos, artwork direction, software, and original site content belong to Azora or its licensors. You retain rights you already hold in your uploads. Subject to your compliance with these terms, Azora grants you a limited right to use and share generated Pixart outputs created for your account for personal and lawful promotional use.
License to operate the service
By uploading content, you grant Azora the rights needed to host, process, transform, display, store, reproduce, and transmit that content and related generated outputs for providing, securing, supporting, and improving the service.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service, bypass limits, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy the service, interfere with infrastructure, reverse engineer protected systems, create harmful content, misrepresent generated outputs, or use Azora in a way that violates law or third-party rights.
Service availability
Azora works to provide a reliable service, but availability may vary because of maintenance, provider outages, security issues, technical limits, or changes to the product. Azora may modify features, plans, credit rules, or generation systems when needed to operate and improve the service.
Termination
Azora may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these terms, creates risk for the service, harms other users, causes payment or chargeback issues, or is required to be restricted by law, payment partners, or security needs. You may stop using Azora at any time.
Consumer rights
These terms do not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection laws. Depending on your location, you may have statutory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, repair, replacement, or complaint rights that apply in addition to Azora's policies.
