Privacy, in plain language.
Azora turns personal photos into generated Pixart artifacts. This policy explains what data is collected, why it is processed, who supports the service, and how to contact us about privacy requests.
Azora only asks for the data needed to provide accounts, Pixart generation, saved artifacts, payments, support, security, and product reliability.
Data Azora collects
Azora collects the information needed to provide the service: account details such as email address and authentication identifiers, uploaded photos, file metadata, generated Pixart outputs, collection card results, gallery items, credit and subscription status, support messages, device and usage data, and security logs.
Why we process data
We process data to create Pixart results, run judgement and collection systems, maintain accounts, provide monthly credits and purchased credit packs, deliver saved gallery access, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, improve reliability, comply with legal obligations, and communicate important service updates.
Uploaded photos and AI processing
When you upload a photo, Azora may analyze it and send it to AI service providers to create a transformed Pixart result, reading, traits, and related metadata. Do not upload photos you do not have permission to use, sensitive images you do not want processed, or content that violates the Terms.
Generated content and saved artifacts
Generated Pixart, readings, traits, collection card matches, and gallery records may be stored so you can view, download, and manage your results. Some generated outputs may also be retained in logs or storage records needed for security, billing, abuse prevention, and service reliability.
Payments and Merchant of Record
Paid subscriptions and credit pack purchases are processed by Azora's Merchant of Record or payment provider. The provider handles checkout, tax calculation, payment processing, invoices, refunds, chargebacks, and certain buyer support obligations. Azora does not receive your full payment card details.
Service providers
Azora uses service providers for hosting, authentication, database and file storage, email delivery, analytics, AI processing, security, and payment processing. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to Azora and its users.
Retention
Azora keeps account, billing, support, generated content, and technical records for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and keep accurate transaction records. Gallery items may remain available until you delete them or request deletion where supported.
Deletion and access requests
You may contact Azora to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data. Some information may need to be retained where required for legal, tax, security, fraud prevention, payment, or dispute-resolution reasons.
International transfers
Azora and its service providers may process data in countries other than where you live. When data is transferred internationally, Azora relies on appropriate safeguards, provider commitments, and applicable legal mechanisms.
Security
Azora uses technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect accounts, uploads, generated artifacts, and service infrastructure. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure, so you should keep your account credentials private and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Children
Azora is not intended for children under 13 or for anyone below the minimum digital-consent age in their location. If you believe a child has provided personal data to Azora, contact us so we can review the account.
Contact
For privacy questions, data requests, or security concerns, contact Azora at hello@azora.studio.
We want Azora to feel magical without being mysterious about your data.
